People also play fee games with shipping & handling fees. Of course, if you’re just starting a business, or don’t have much volume, you can’t equalize it out. But if you ship 10,000 packages and the average cost is $3, you can charge a flat fee of $3 and if in reality you have 3 more that cost $4 to ship than cost $2 to ship, it won’t cause you to go broke.
