If intermittent fasting worked, I would be a size zero.
I go many days where I don’t eat hardly anything, just because I don’t feel hungry enough to do so. Too skinny is not my problem.
For me, anyhow, that’s a big part of being fat. I eat when I’m supposed to, not necessarily when I’m hungry. It’s difficult because if I skip a meal, I can find myself hungry a few hours later with no chance to stop and eat. Conversely, I can feel very hungry an hour after a meal. It’s very hard to regulate.
