On the other hand it’s nowhere near “let’s pronounce all the letters” Finnish either, but there we are.
Don Rosa is a celebrity in Finland, and he has acknowledged this, to the point where he makes his speech bubbles larger than they need to be, to better accommodate an eventual Finnish translation.

Saw the video but for some reason Arne Anka has some of a cult following in certain Barcelona Comic Subcultures, so basically I already knew the story 
. Guess it ressonates with the punk comic subculture of the Makoki bookstore (that sadly closed some years ago, as the health of its owner -and comic author Gallardo - declined).
Some of the most famous comics that spawned from the people that frequented that bookstore include the namesake makoki:

As well as less punk but also quite ground-breaking at the time it was the creation of the “El Vibora” Magazine, that basically gave a way for many spanish authors (and some european ones) to get into readers hands.
