If you enter the webpage you will see it is gutted inside, and the Civil Guard built a completely modern quarter. Water and electricity not a problem, and I am going to guess that internet won’t be either, given the GC needs stable communications.
I’m also seeing industrial AC coolers there, so heating/cooling won’t be aproblem either

It’s a fixer-upper but at 65k for 13.000sqm… that’s a bit more than 3 acres! Or 2 and a half american football fields!
I don’t even know where it is, has it’s own well, but I don’t think internet or electricity are going to be available easily. But hey, for 65k is a steal!

Spain is organized in “Autonomous Communities”, those subdivided usually in “provinces”.
Lugo is a province named after the eponimous capital, and indeed has coast.
(Also There are old towns everywhere but I usually have listings more or less preselected for this area because someday I would like to move here. Is a bit cold in the winter and rains a lot. It also is one of the less populated, less visited provinces of northern spain. At this point -and many touron posts later- you can imagine why that appeals to me )
