Or shameless opportunist. But I seem to remember him making allusions to a disfigured penis in some way when a woman accused him of showing it to her in an inappropriate setting in the past.
He said she couldn’t prove it because there was something about it that she would have noticed blah blah. I just remember because it’s such a narcissistic way to think like anyone you flash is going to be actually looking and not just recoiling from the general scene.
Now of course all that he said could also be a lie but it is a weird choice for a lie to add details like that.
I’m also reminded of a famous rapist murderer from Europe who used his broken dick to insist he couldn’t have been a rapist though he escalated to multiple child murders for sexual gratification anyway.

There was a short story published in the sf anthology Amazons!. The story was “The Rape Patrol”, and the protagonists had a discussion about whether or not they could castrate rapists and let them go, but the counter argument was that sexual assault can use things other than a penis, and that might not be a deterrent.
