I don’t agree with everything on this channel, but I think this is a fairly thoughtful analysis:
Yes, I’d say very thoughtful, thanks. I wish that at the end, he’d gone into just what these ideologies and such will mean and manage to do now that they’re so thoroughly entered with the incoming Tromp administration.
I wonder also if there’s a fundamental conflict there, since Tromp himself doesn’t appear to be a cyberlibertarian at heart. I think he just used billionaires who espouse and practice that ideology to help him get elected.
I’ll have to check that out… I’m very split on second thought in general, as I find him to be a bit of a tankie, but he sometimes has good and thoughtful stuff to say.
Mr. Musk is a myth made up of his fans. For them, any criticism is a confession of mortal envy.
Well, I’ve heard that with all the plundering Putin has managed to do, he’s the real Richest Man, so…
I will also say, that Space X under Musk HELPED GUT the pipeline for talent that should have been headed to NASA… I know this, because I know someone who was on this pipeline and they saw it with their own eyes.
The asshole doesn’t fall far from the tree.
He seems more reality-based than his son.
Ah, Elon and the future. His son asked “why doesn’t the future look like the future?” So, Elon says he wanted to the Cybertruck to look like something out of Blade Runner. But there is nothing in Blade Runner that is as ugly and stupid as a Cybertruck.
So he’s never seen Blade Runner is what i’m hearing.
I’d be surprised. Shitter has fulfilled its purpose in helping to get Tromp elected, so why should Musk care what happens to it.
Sure. Why not. Anything that distracts him from messing up government departments.
