I’d love to see a political cartoon showing Musk at the helm of a pirate ship flying a swastika flag and with Trump as the carved figurehead.
I believe Trump sees Musk (due to his vast wealth—read: political power) as his best chance to never leave the WH if that’s the only way to avoid jail. If that’s true, then any “snit” would be unlike anything we’ve seen before. Two ego maniacs, and only one can save the other from prison. Bannon has recently been talking about Trump running again in 2028, and Trump inferred as much in a speech to the NRA this year.
