The July 21 sentence was in defiance of a last-minute request from federal prosecutors that Hankison receive only a one-day sentence.
I am angry to hear this murderer is getting only 3 years behind bars but i am furious that the prosecution was asking the judge to give this POS a single day as a sentence.
