As the new codes are something of a work in progress this is not so much compliance as trying to change the system from within if you ask me. We’ll se.

No, it’s only an exercise of power if it’s hurting people, and they can’t do anything about it. If it’s hurting people you hate, so much the better, but it doesn’t matter. Real power, raw unleashed power, is about being able to do whatever you want to whoever you want, and they can’t stop you.
He’s doing it because we hate it, and he because he can.
