Colt Gray, who was 14 when officials said he brought his semiautomatic rifle to Apalachee High School, had an earlier encounter with sheriff’s deputies in a neighboring county after the FBI got a tip about a threat of violence in a video gaming forum. He skipped the entirety of his eight-grade year, officials have said, and had a panic attack in a counselor’s office days before the shooting.
Why does a 14-year-old have a semiautomatic rifle? Why does anyone need to have one?

Exactly. This is just more authoritarian distractions from the GOP, who will do anything to not fix the problem… And I’m sure the people who will end up getting into trouble thanks to these laws with be Black and Brown boys, LGBQT+ kids, or just all the weird kids who don’t fit it… This will fix nothing…
But HEY, the opened the legislative session today by going after Fani Willis and trans athletes…
