Imagine they made you listen to the sounds of gunshot victims heartbeats stopping and the sobbing of children while being shot in their schools and sent you home for three days of reflection minimum with a lot of literature about how it’s not too late to save your soul from eternal punishment by not buying a gun and put you on a register that could get you killed.
But… Gun lives matter!
We are so past the point of parody. Guns literally have more human rights than the US citizens. It’s now harder to vote than to buy a gun with the sole intent to murder after writing a manifesto about who you want to kill.

Ah, yes. In defending the indefensible, it’s important to glom onto pedantry to sound like you’re making an important point. You have to make to correct details like, “it’s not a clip, it’s a magazine!”, “there’s no such thing as an ‘assault rifle’!”, “it’s a semi-automatic!”, “it’s not an AR-15, it’s an MK12 clone!”, and so on.

Weren’t guns already the number 1 killer of school age children? So gun violence is the number one killer of Americans from age 5 or 6 to 25. Wonderful news.
