Adhesive capsulitis in my left shoulder this year taught me the value of having a dedicated strap wrench in the kitchen for opening jars, squeezing snap lock covers shut, etc.

I even turned it over & banged it on the counter, which normally does it. D held it under hot water, and tapped and tapped it with a butter knife.
…and I fucking hate shoulder injuries and shoulder bullshit.
A bottle opener will often work also, just lift it enough to break the seal.
