Adhesive capsulitis in my left shoulder this year taught me the value of having a dedicated strap wrench in the kitchen for opening jars, squeezing snap lock covers shut, etc.

I even turned it over & banged it on the counter, which normally does it. D held it under hot water, and tapped and tapped it with a butter knife.
…and I fucking hate shoulder injuries and shoulder bullshit.
A bottle opener will often work also, just lift it enough to break the seal.

Slap Ya Mama brand is a serviceable Louisiana style vinigar-y sauce, like Crystal, IMO.
's ok, for that style, but i have heavy bias in the hot sauce arena.
It also freezes surprisingly well when cured. We just had some with grilled mackerel and rice that was cured back in late autumn and it was still delicious.
