So, California is now updating its regs to allow driverless trucks to operate on our roads. Fuck.
“Think not of the darkness having obscured your view, but rather as something that has unveiled another world previously shrouded in light.”
I think Wheelie Yellow has lost his self control.
“‘Lost’” ?!
I’m far from certain he ever had any
I was thinking his observations were poetry, and worthy of being sung by Laura Branigan.
Dan’s bus pass is granted under the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS), which provides free travel by bus in England to those who are disabled.
The pass has its limitations as it is only valid on weekdays from 9.30 am to 11 pm, and is not available in Scotland or Wales, which causes issues for those who commute to work or live near borders.
Because disabled people do not need to travel anywhere on the weekends? Or get to a job before 9:30 am? WTAF?
Or live in Cardiff or Glasgow.
The ENCTS allows all passholders free bus travel on eligible services:
between 9:30am and 11pm on weekdays all day at weekends and on bank holidays
TCAs are able to offer concessionary travel outside these hours on a discretionary basis.
Wheelie Editor: “It’s all in the editing.”
I wonder if Musk has thought on whether or not he really has the best people working on this stuff, and if Tesla is a place where the best people want to be these days.
Leon decreed that LIDAR wasn’t necessary, and that’s that.
Look it’s called full-self-driving, not full-self-stopping, okay?
I guess stopping must be an optional add-on subscription.
You’d think they’d have learned from the other automakers, who did this with turn signals.

A dumb question. But what exactly is the advantage of a driver-less taxi? I mean other than eliminating jobs?
