I never got rid of my Spirograph, but 2 wheels have been missing since 1978. Stuck forever in a floor vent at my grandparents place.

Youād have to know the exact size and gearing to replace them faithfully, but there are certainly a number of 3D printable spirograph and spirograph adjacent models out there:
