Rico definitely loves to play fetch, but little bits of paper or the big sticky pricetags they put on paperback books seem to be way more fun than any “official” cat toy.

I think the nanoscale motor would instantly get clogged up with blood cells, which are (for red blood cells) about 8000 nanometers in diameter. Not to mention large proteins. But I may have missed something.
