My go-to for posting in these is the Muppets cover of Popcorn.
That said, I really enjoy Disturbed’s cover of Sound of Silence. Changes it from the pop fun of S&G’s version to one I have literally put on my funeral playlist.
And so we don’t leave on a sad note, I love acapella and this cover of Sixteen Tons is so good.

Forget the bouncy McCartney you dread to hear at the mall - this version totally transforms that into a very different Christmas vibe.
(And why do none of the YT videos’ images contain the video title until clicked on, here? The other instance of Discourse I was familiar with didn’t do that, you could see the video title in the placeholder image. A question for @LockeCJ, perhaps. Is it the site or is it my browser, I wonder? Examples of before and after clicking on the image, below.)
