…the short-lived spinoff “The Tortellis”…

I have absolutely no memory of that…

He also played the club owner Jake in No Small Affair, which was one of my favorites during high school.

Sudeikis’s mother, George Wendt’s sister, lives in the Kansas City area. And I found out that Wendt had died because apparently two of my friends know her, and posted condolence messages to her on Facebook.

I had completely forgotten about this video.

George Wendt as Edna Turnblatt is amazing! I like him much better than Travolta! Not as much as Divine, but well… who can top Divine!

Wow, today I learned George Wendt was in one of my all time favorite musicals.

This is the best I could find but wow…

And then I went down the George Wendt YouTube rabbit hole and popped up here.

Then I went back down and popped up here.

Oh my gosh John Pinette also played the part on Broadway and man could he belt it out. John passed away at age 60 in 2014, he was always a favorite comedian.
