I’m not a programmer (I’m a librarian) but Perl always seemed to me like magic.
It’s in there in my LMS and I think it’s what solved our problem with preferred gender for our patrons. Like I put some characters in there and I think it’s what works…

I hate even watching documentaries about things like King Tut’s curse for fear of getting caught in the curse crossfire.
So this is kind of weird, I’m sure it’s just a tragic undiagnosed health issue but touring with a demonic doll is pushing it.

Sad to find out they’ve passed away, I checked and doesn’t seem like it’s been made known as to the circumstances. So I’ll focus on the good, I think that’s really cool that they had such an impactful and colorful career while being themselves proudly.

Oh no! That’s very sad news!
It’s also kind of sad that the thing he’s most associated with as a performer was that show… but it was a wildly popular and kind of important show at the time, Cosby’s predatory behavior notwithstanding… It was a solidly middle class Black family that became sort of a show case for the whole concept of Black excellence, which I think that many families could see themselves in, whatever race they were.
