I swear he was in every TV show at least once.

I wish I could find the clip where he’s with Vice and speaks the line about how his face makes people think he’s untrustworthy, that even his wife didn’t believe him when he asked her to marry him. I think it’s the one with the pot that ends up having a brick missing and turned out a rat stole it and was eating it.

How does that make him the father? Seems like the wife was stepping out with the pastry chef, ifyouknowwhatimean!

I thought it was interesting that Tiramisu was such a recent development. I thought it was much older.

It’s the name. Things with Latin-sounding names seem older. Like it’s from the Renaissance or something.

I assumed more like the 1880s or something. Concomitant with espresso.

Nooooo, now he can’t re-enact the screaming scene:

Ms. O’Brien is still with us, at this typing.

I mainly remember him from Marian McPartland’s Piano Jazz.

I used to talk to him on the phone when he was on the midnight shift at WABX, which was one of the first (if not the first) Detroit AOR FM radio stations, back in the late 1970s.

Sorry for your loss. What a tragic end to his life.

I didn’t know him super-well; lol, I was just a lonely teenaged girl. But it was like talking to Dr. Johnny Fever, you know?
