(Back when I worked in a retail store we had one tape of Holiday songs that got played in a continuous loop over and over during the month of December.
We used to joke about it and make fun of the songs, but most of them were not half bad.
I am seriously glad this song wasn’t on that tape.)

My neighborhood is currently a riot of color for Diwali. Many homes had lights pulling double duty for Diwali and Halloween.

Popping in to wish everyone here a happy and safe 2025. It’s been a challenging end of 2024 for members of this community, but whether we’re participating actively or (like me) taking a salubrious breather from regular commenting we’re all still together and part of it.
