Bone appetit was a nice touch.
I’d consider working out a recipe knot for a medium or large chicken, but it hardly seems worth it for a small chicken.
street chickens are already a knotty inconvenience.
there are no good recipes for street chickens.
My partner saw a chicken wandering by a dealership on her way to work this morning
they’re coming for us all!
Seems like the solution to the street chicken problem is just to close the dealerships.
Not even good for broth?
i’ve seen what they eat.
i am not that hungry…
yet.
still eagerly take their eggs, when i can find them, tho…
At long last they are trialing contactless payment for tickets for trams, ferry and metros around Helsinki.
I have a “auto-renewing saver subscription” myself so I just need to show my phone if a ticket inspectors happens to check my ticket. We don’t have gates and only (Blur)bus drives will check that you have something that looks like ticket on your phone or you have tap your card.
It got just barely above freezing today here, too. Feels like spring! I saw wild turkeys roaming around on my drive to and from the dog park, but they didn’t want their picture taken.
Estate sale “find”. My uncle was a Lufthansa pilot.

Husband saw between 6-7 of these in less than 20 minutes on the NAU campus.
Why do we get this and still no f*ing lightsabers?!
Apparently there are some that tool around west midtown in ATL around the GA Tech campus… I’m not down there much, so I’ve never them…
We saw one driving through campus (wasn’t sure if I would have to stop to let it cross in front of me, but the liitle guy turned the corner). Then my husband went for a walk on campus and he said there were a bunch more. He decided to take a video and he caught these two crossing the street.
I’m very impressed that the little moving box knew to wait for the car to pass, but I supposed it has the same anti-crash technology as our car. The truly impressive feat is that the NAU students have refrained from committing any moving box shenanigans. (I’m sure the little suckers have 360° cameras.)
