What is the bucket of charcoal (SAA OTTAA!) for though?

Birthing salamanders?

“Take freely”. I think they are sauna stones.

I thought maybe the bucket of stones was for people who don’t have a dog…so that they, too, could have something to push around in the cart

(Winking, but that actually was my first thought ) (until I typed the words of the sign into Google Translate)

It’ll take a pretty big dog to push that cart. Don’t they have smaller carts for shorter dogs?

Just look at them!

The second one controls the door to a speakeasy at a hotel where we stayed in ABQ. A lot of fun at a updated Route 66 motel (Hotel Zazz). Absolutely recommend this place. Very inexpensive off season, friendly, and woman-owned!

We drove back from our 4-day trip to Santa Fe and starting feeling icky Friday afternoon in Flagstaff. I think I know exactly when we were infected. Some dude just turned his head and sneezed over toward us (mask did nothing). We immediately cut short our trip short and drove home yesterday (warned housekeeping at the hotel to be careful cleaning our room). When we got home we used some expired tests (by three months) and they came back positive for Covid. :face_with_thermometer:

Thankfully, we both work from home. Here’s hoping it goes fast.
