ETA: Ok, I Googled. It is not a cake. It’s a centerpiece that looks like a multi-tiered cake, but it’s made out of disposable diapers that the mom-to-be gets to take home. Chalk this up to my lack of kids, I guess. I was envisioning a cake shaped to look like a baby diaper, and that didn’t sound appetizing at all.
