Not enough. While I firmly believe their ingesting of data for “AI” is on the face of it illegal for multiple reasons to do with GDPR it’s far from the only law breaking they get up to.
Probably the GDPR should be pursued to the hilt because you can find the C suite personally criminally liable. But the failure of moderation is also illegal.

I like that his pardon application didn’t go anywhere until his mother also went to the million dollar dinner, too. It’s darkly hilarious that both he and now the White House are claiming his prosecution was politically motivated when he admitted he stole $10 million of his employees tax payments for himself. I can’t help but think that Trump sees himself in this guy and especially those reality tv swindlers who stole $36 million* and that’s ultimately a big reason for the pardons.
*I mean, the prosecutor’s description of them as “career swindlers who have made a living by jumping from one fraud scheme to another, lying to banks, stiffing vendors and evading taxes at every corner” is literally Trump. (I’m not sure they even had to bribe him to get a pardon.)

This is a huge problem. This is the model for most diverse contracting programs. And brings opportunity to all parts of the U.S. and its territories.
It is, and that shit isn’t gonna go the way they think it will; a lot of their own supporters will die. Meanwhile, I have made it my mission to outlive these evil fuckers.

He meant what he said and he said what he meant. He doesn’t think anyone other than white people are people.
Straight, white, able-bodied men, specifically.
Yet somehow able-brained is a disqualifier.
Does that mean it’s too big to land at the airport closet to Mar a Lago?
I feel certain that we can still find a way to cram it down his pie hole.
It makes him feel… inadequate. If you know what I mean.

They did not defend it.
I mean, I knew he would be terrible and had Project 2025 people planning to destroy a lot but I never expected he’d get this far, this fast, with so very little opposition. Even when it’s blatantly illegal…just nothing.
And it’s not simply fixable in 4 years. He’s destroying stuff we built for a hundred years, in circumstances that will never exist again.
I’d like to think if we could build good things once, we can do it again, maybe even better this time around… but the hard truth is, I’m not likely to see the results of that labor in my lifetime.
It’s still worth fighting for.
In my list of right-wing fools not understanding that work doesn’t happen unless someone does it, I should probably have added centrist Democrats not realizing democratic safeguards do nothing if they aren’t applied.
