Drunk man walking.
I laughed heartily upon seeing this headline.
I think you mean “stumbling”?
She can’t keep her personal belongings safe, but she thinks she can keep this country safe?
EXactly. And her badge is in it! I thought one had to wear it on one’s person?
And your avatar is familiar; are you related to Clippy?
So, you want to write a letter?
Nah, the paperclip as a symbol:
The first mass outbreak of civil disobedience occurred in the autumn of 1940, when students of Oslo University began to wear paper clips on their lapels to demonstrate their resistance to the German occupiers and their Norwegian collaborators. A seemingly innocuous item, the paper clip was a symbol of solidarity and unity (“we are bound together”), implying resistance and similar symbols (red garments, Bobble hats) were outlawed and could lead to arrest and punishment.
It was being used to show signs of support for Ukraine, but never really caught on.
Never, never, never thought I would agree with Sarah Hukabee Sanders.
TLDR: The Leopards are eating faces in Arkansas.

Whoops!
I didn’t know that, but I’m glad to know it now! Thanks!
But…but…she lied for him so hard when she was his PressSec!
I won’t be mad if this has a similar aftermath.
Flailing?
She can’t train a dog; how can she manage an organization with thousands of employees?

By shooting any of them who don’t toe the line?
Yeah, I not a fan of the recent space tourism business for the rich and famous, but I can’t help but notice that this latest all woman flight has received orders of magnitude more criticism than the previous all man and mostly men flights. People damn near fucking cried with joy that William Shatner got to go up, but Katy Perry and Gayle King are apparently just the worst for doing the same thing.
Yup. Wonder what the difference is? I guess it’s just a mystery…
I’m doing my best to split the difference by really hating Jeff Bezos.
“DOGE”/musk will end up killing babies (and other people) …but they don’t @$! care.
US FDA suspends milk quality tests amid workforce cuts

WASHINGTON, April 21 (Reuters) - The Food and Drug Administration is suspending a quality control program for testing of fluid milk and other dairy products due to reduced capacity in its food safety and nutrition division, according to an internal email seen by Reuters.
The suspension is another disruption to the nation’s food safety programs after the termination and departure of 20,000 employees of the Department of Health and Human Services, which includes the FDA, as part of President Donald Trump’s effort to shrink the federal workforce …
raw milk has proven time and time again as dangerous (Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria oh my), and therefore so is “untested” milk @#!!!
Worse. At least if you are buying “raw milk,” you know it is, well, raw. With this, there is no way to know. Was this tested? Who knows? Will some states test and some not? Will some leave it to the discretion of the manufacturer? Or is it just “Good luck?” God, I hate this…
I’ve been thinking about this.
It’s not wrong to point out the misogyny, because let’s face it, misogyny is damn near ever-present in our society. That train is never late.
However, there is a distinct difference between space tourism and space exploration, and to consider them equivalent in an appeal to equality isn’t fair.
NASA astronauts train themselves, physically and mentally, for years before their missions. While being selected for a project is certainly an honor, these brave people choose to risk their lives not out of ego, but to advance our understanding of science-- and some of them have died in the attempt. It is not the same thing as what is essentially a cab ride to low orbit when the main qualification is whether or not your wallet is fat enough to afford the fare.
I know nobody here is doing this, but those who say “but you can’t criticize because women!” are attempting to weaponize our valid concerns for justice and equality against us, using shallow excuses as a cover for rampant greed and privilege, and I resent that. If that makes me a bad person, well, so be it.
It’s a publicity stunt, folks. Hopefully the women who went up have learned something about how we’re all connected on one tiny, fragile planet, and if they start publically acting on that, then maybe something good can come from the venture. I’m not holding my breath for it, but it would be nice.
I can’t hate on them for wanting to go when they had the opportunity. Who wouldn’t want to go into space to see the universe, if they could? I would, and I’ve known a lot of people who’d jump at the chance. But I can’t stop seeing this in a larger context-- lionizing tourism while cutting the funds for science and exploration; further glorifying celebrities while erasing the history of women and people of color who strived to get us to this technological point; enriching those who have more than they could ever possibly need while providing nothing for the benefit of humanity. It’s problematic beyond the concept of feminism-- though we can’t and shouldn’t ignore sexism when we see it.

Will some states test and some not? Will some leave it to the discretion of the manufacturer? Or is it just “Good luck?”
Yes on all counts.
