Why isn’t congress screaming about separation of powers and their authority being usurped? Biden simply tried to cancel some student loan debts and Republicans went apoplectic. Meanwhile here is Trump unilaterally deciding where already appropriated funds can go.

It got so little fanfare, but Biden claimed in a speech that ERA is the law of the land. I was in tears. He claims that the Archivist doesn’t need to publish it since Congress passed it. I don’t understand how this person can subvert the will of the people.
No amount of calls to the white house would convince #47 to publish it.

What if that’s the plan with regards to Trump’s imperial ambitions (Panama, Greenland, Gaza)… a private security force that doesn’t pledge allegiance to the constitution, but to the almighty dollar and Trump himself?
