What explains more of #MAGA’s hate of #Zelenskyy than Russian connections is their grievance of him.
MAGA is a cult of #manhood, but its led by these crooks who amassed their wealth or power in dishonest ways. And on some level they have to recognise what they are; thieves, bullies and liars.

That’s a culture war that’s being fought on a different axis isn’t it? I think the overlap between antivax and new age woo is bigger than between antivax and evangelical Christians. Not so with abortion

Here again that statement fetches up upon the shores of CBS polling. They recently had trump “above water” in approval where “all other” major polls showed him below. CBS has some sort of agenda (possibly litigious-ly based to please the orange-shitcake)

Something occurred to me the other day; when Biden was president, aside from Jan 6, we didn’t hear about demonstrations against his presidency or policies, and we didn’t hear about people flooding their elected officials’ phone lines and emails with protests. So yeah, grain of salt and all that.

Yes. It’s a cudgel they can (and already do) wield against anything that they don’t like: vaccines, reproductive care, medical treatment instead of prayer healing, transplant qualifications come to mind.
Beyond healthcare, it’s science in general, books they don’t like, people they don’t like, flags they don’t like, really anything someone in their club takes offense to.
