The goddamn Trump Administration

Yes, it’s the start of the purge of the upper ranks of the US military, to be replaced by extremists who will not object to shooting Americans on American soil.

It looks like they are declaring that it’s open season on the U.S. intelligence secrets.

I know this is posted above but here’s the whole sermon, it’s cued up (12:21) at the good part but the whole thing is worth a listen.

This video has his reaction as she was speaking, he was not amused.

Speaking to press afterwards, Trump said he “didn’t think it was a good service”.

“They could do much better”, he added before walking away.

Where I work, it is very Jewish and very pro-Trump/Netanyahu.

The office was mostly vacant yesterday, I suppose because the banks were closed. Today when people came in, they were rather subdued. Maybe the heil finally made some people open their eyes? Who knows what will happen tomorrow.

Got it. By the “WTAF” comment, I was more referring to Trump’s efforts to kill the ongoing investigations.

He pardoned Ross Ulbricht? What. The. Fuck‽

This is a literal drug kingpin. His marketplace killed people, laundered money for terrorists, and facilitated countless drug deals. Ulbricht personally profited off of this. He tried to have people murdered.

Republicans love to blame Democrats for opioid and fentanyl overdoses. Meanwhile Trump just goes and frees someone who is directly responsible for this and has blood on his hands.

Why? Apparently as a QPQ to the crypto bros who wanted him out of jail.

Fucking disgusting.

Overdoses skyrocketed during Trump’s first administration and leveled off/dropped during Biden’s:

IIRC, this was due in part to Trump’s pressure on Mexico to divert resources from combating cartels and drug trafficking to stopping asylum seekers and job seekers from crossing the border. Priorities, right?

Nice to see the data is still up on the CDC website, anyway. We’ll see how long that lasts.

Just straight-up indiscriminately murdering people via disease, for the LOLs. Things really went downhill when germ theory became a political issue.

It should be ok as long as everyone remembers to avoid seed oils, vaccines, and respirators; eat plenty of beef tallow; and participate in rigorous genital tanning.

I think that’s part of what’s getting me about all these EOs. Most of these are so damned obviously written by someone else (“inchoate?” Really? Is there anyone who believes trump could successfully use inchoate in a sentence?) and they’re still packed full of cartoonishly, mustache twirling, evil villain garbage. (Although yeah, intentional word usage and all that. Even if it’s garbage it can still be a policy!)

:rage:

The trick is to see which EOs were written by Steven Miller, which were written by the theocrats, which were written by the oligarchs, which were written by the antivaxxers, and which were just Google Translated out of the original German.

Huh… what’s the play here? TikTok is doing everything in its power to suppress criticism of TFG’s administration and those in his orbit. Is it quid pro quo for Musk/Zuck?

It starts with their pardons. They’ll be demanding reparations next.

Of course he did. Grotesque, delusional-- ugh.

He was probably inspired to do so by Musk’s Nazi salute.

A reply in the thread:

I wouldn’t be surprised if someone at Heritage just asked ChatGPT to convert all of Project 2025 into executive orders.
