Wouldn’t 99% of the problem be solved by just banning Kanye West?
…and whatever woman he forces into accompanying him.
I never see headlines about her naked in public on her own. Not sure what the situation is between the two of them, but I also really don’t want to know. I do know that Kanye is obsessed with attention and doesn’t care who he hurts to get it, so I’m going to keep blaming him.
Understandable.
They also wear what a friend calls “Utah hair”; loose, long curls.
Only sartorially adjacent, but…
Every time I wear shoes and socks, some of the polish on my big toeses wears off or gets screwed up somehow, even a week+ after application. It never used to happen, whether expensive or cheap stuff. I’ve noticed it over the last few years.
I apply two not thick coats, let them dry well between, wear flip flops, etc.
It first happened with “cheap” drugstore stuff, so I tried a gorgeous metallic AF silver from Gosh. They’re an expensive company, and {coneheads} they come from France. {/Coneheads} It was on ebay, from a seller w/XLNT feedback, at a great price, and fresh. Application’s a dream, and it looks terrific. No wonder this stuff ain’t cheap.
Same effing thing! Worn off both nails, two weeks after proper application.
The Gosh is runnin’ mighty low, so the hunt for new metallic silver polish yet again begins.
All tenacious polish-wise recommendations will be much appreciated.

Huh. I kinda like the style of it and the shine of the fabric
I use cheap stuff but cover it with sally no-uv gel top coat, let it dry before each coat and after etc. but honestly to me two weeks is a good run for nail polish on the feet I usually have to file my nails and clean up the cuticle by then anyway.
Have your feet swollen any or have your arches flattened any? I dance and honestly my feet can swell a bit especially since I hit my forties and I have found myself wearing wider shoes where I can because my toes just get pressed and rubbed more.
That being said honestly two weeks before chipping or rubbing damage is pretty good ime. I use the cheap stuff because I didn’t see great results from pricey polish (other than fun colors ofc). The thick topcoat helps but it also takes a long time to dry.
I think the most tenacious products are the uv set gel type polishes but I hate soaking them off.
I meant it had been two weeks since application, but the first time I wear shoes and socks it wears off.
I’ve never tried gel polishes, and the idea of soaking off polish doesn’t appeal to me, nor do UV lamps.
Oil and water from the body/nail bed builds up under the polish so after a couple weeks rubbing brings it off easier if it’s coming off dry that’s probably it. Might try rubbing the nail with acetone remover or a drying agent (forgot what it’s called but there’s other chemicals that can dry the nail out more too) before putting polish on to make sure it’s really really dry? If it’s smearing or taking an impression then idk!
I’ve bought fully enclosed Farraday’s cages with wheels and a motor that cost less.
Oh yeah! I was just doing my pedicure today and realized that I do have one product hack that works well for me. I think I mentioned it before at the other place. I use this stuff as a base coat instead of traditional base coats. I find it really improves the lasting. My polish actually tends to come up near my cuticles mostly just from oily skin and frequent foot sweating since I put my feet through a lot of work day to day and wear socks like 90% of the time.
Anyway I do get a lot of mileage out of this: Sally Hansen Miracle Gel 3.0 Matte Top Coat - nail lacquer, gel polish | Sally Beauty
I can find it for more like 10 bucks locally sometimes though it runs out a lot. It’s a bit pricey but it’s my HG nail product. I use it on my fingers for a natural nail look (don’t bother with color on my fingers usually). I use it instead of base coat on my toes and it doubled my wear time. I used to be lucky if I got a week out of polish. Something about this stuff is just extra grippy and it’s thick enough also that it helps improve the smoothness of my nail without filing/buffing the top.
My nails also grow really fast even on my toes so usually now I end up redoing it on/before week three mainly because it has grown enough to be noticeable by week two sometime.
Aanyway… That’s my best product plug/rec.
