Isn’t this the example used in probability classes? 80% of plane crash survivors say they watched the safety video. But what if 100% of those who didn’t survive watched the video? You’d never know

I’ve always wanted to try an Aviation cocktail. It’s properly vintage I believe, something that Saint Exupery may have sipped.
But I’ve never seen it on a menu anywhere the creme de violette is hardly common these days.

Aviator is Ryan Reynolds’ gin brand. Definitely sold in the US, probably Canada, but no clue about anywhere else. It’s pretty ‘dry’, no heavy aromatic notes.
It was on sale here recently and I bought a bottle. Obviously named after the cocktail which is why I bought it. It was perfectly nice.

As @Axolotl mentioned earlier in the thread, Oshkosh is the busiest airport in the world during the fly-in.
Here, one pilot has a lot of trouble during both the approach and departure. Fortunately nobody was hurt.
