Hmmm. Solar/ocean-thermal energy-use to lessen albedo. Nothing for greening to reprocess all that carbon and greenhouse organics? What’s the point?
The automated windmill/solar-collection farms of land-forming at least support local greening rather than blocking out all light from the local ocean without even producing any energy.
