Wanderthread Redux (Part 1)

For the deluded libs fantasising about Trump in prison:

But he is looking to punish some people:

BTW: Virgil from Chapo and Brie Brie Joy are catching some flak from the usual suspects on Twitter today because they’ve started a podcast.

Which, as usual, sees heavy bad-faith use of the accusation by libs that Chapo mocked the MOVE bombing.

What actually happened:

  1. The standard operating procedure of pretty much all of the left comedy-politics podcasts (Chapo, Helluvaway, Lions Led by Donkeys, etc) is basically (a) describe some horrifically evil thing done by the USA, (b) make jokes and laugh about how horrifically evil the USA is.

  2. This is basically what they did in the Chapo episode that discussed MOVE.

  3. Amber made some comments about how MOVE was not an easy organisation to live next door to, and how some of their neighbours were pretty pissed at them. This is a standard observation in just about any history of MOVE, including the one that was serialised on Boing Boing.

There are valid but thin grounds to criticise the episode from a Black radical perspective. There is no valid basis for criticism from the perspective of people backing Joe Fucking Biden.

Reminder that the working class, both locally and globally, is disproportionately female.

It’s about power.

Poverty is a feminist issue. Capitalism is a feminist issue. Imperialism is a feminist issue.
