White supremacy, classism, gentrification, corporate destruction of local businesses, mass incarceration, militarised police violence: bipartisan. But using the disabled as an excuse for it is mostly a Democratic habit.
OTOH, note how incredibly pissweak that bill is.
It isn’t even a threat to withhold funding if Israel continues the oppression of Palestine. It just requires Israel to arrange their finances so that the US isn’t directly funding the detention of children etc.
Note that the last Israeli bombing campaign was accompanied by widespread incidents of Zionist mobs attacking Palestinians at random.
