It seems vague, in general, not a well developed aspect of her platform/policy views, largely beause she’s generally speaking, running on domestic policy/economic issues, which given the influence the executive branch has on foreign policy, seems a major weakness of her campaign over all. But everyone is going to run on what’s been discussed the most in our discourse. I guess we can take that into account, too.

There was one Black Senator at the time; Edward Brooke.

Anyone know of a way to check on how he voted on this?
