UBI is basically a supplementary paycheck from the government to bring people up to a living wage even if they don’t work.
I’ve never heard the term UBW, but I’d imagine it’s something like Housing First: giving everyone a mortgage-free house, a loan-free car, furniture, and just basically all of the one-time purchases you’d need to start out in a career and a life without going into debt.
