I don’t give a shit about the claims of the USN, PLAN, RN, Russian Navy, French Navy, etc. to dominate that corridor. The nations that must be given, as a group, veto power over the creation of islands and policing of that area are Vietnam, The Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and maybe Thailand.
