When it comes to Roe, I think people should keep in mind the justification that the decision was based on - the right to privacy. If Roe is overturned, then any other supreme court decision that was founded on the right to privacy is also vulnerable. It’s about women’s bodily autonomy, yes, but it has larger implications.

Roe may allow you to have an abortion. It also prevents the government from forcing you to have one. Will the lifers celebrate when poor mothers are forced to choose between public assistance and carrying a pregnancy to term? When forced sterilization is common again? Will convicts be forced to undergo surgeries to be paroled?
