From the brief bit I saw on ABC news, the cause was apparently a dickhead driver doing spin-outs and losing control?

Agreed. Can’t see footage above but did see a clip - again, on ABC - tonight and although the car that crashed into the shop was apparently pushed by a car from behind, it didn’t look very loose.
