I only scrolled through the first page of your link but, sadly, they were all nouns.

I need an adjective that describes the emotion that one encounters when one’s higher expectations encounter reality in such a way that one realises the optimism one felt was sadly misplaced.

I, for one, am “a tad miffed” about the recent outages.
