Didn’t see a thread discussing this specific topic. Let me know if there is in case this needs to be merged over, if not then my intention was to have a thread to discuss corporate mergers, buy-outs, hostile takeovers, etc.

Definitely not getting a good vibe from this. I don’t think Sony would ruin Kadokawa or FromSoftware, but it certainly gives it a hell of a lot of consolidated power in both anime and the flagship maker/pioneer of a whole gaming genre (souls-like and/or soulsborne)

Quite a lot of speculation in later posts on PetaPixel about what this means. (Probably only of real interest to photography/photo software enthusiasts.)
