But what did all that obstructionism get Republicans except the White House in '16 despite running the most unfit candidate in U.S. history, a super majority in the Supreme Court, acquittal in the Senate when their president committed treason, and the White House again in '24 with the same candidate who broke his own record for unfitness? Is that the kind of record you want for Democrats?
Well, Dems likely would get further by adopting some of that Republican pugnacity, but acting uncivil just wouldn’t be prudent now, would it. Tut tut, no indeed.
