This is starting to get a little ridiculous.
you all are so good!
you have all responded in the way i find most insightful!
DC Comics Rogues Gallery is more ethical than any tRump appointee/ nominee and that is obvious!
let’s keep this going! at least it is a diversion from the real thing.
From the article
Both Bove and Blanche were Trump’s attorneys in his landmark federal conviction in the New York hush money case, where a jury found him guilty of 34 felony counts.
Only the best people.
I reluctantly remind everyone that Joker also has previous political experience as Iran’s Ambassador to the UN. (Diplomatic immunity was a particularly galling method of preventing Batman from murdering him in retribution for the murder of Jason Todd, the second Robin.)
Oh. Spoiler.
Of course murder is generally illegal even when the victim doesn’t have diplomatic immunity.
Yeah, but Batman doesn’t mind going on trial for taking out a serial killer (in this instance, with a dead Robin to avenge). He’d like his odds, “no jury would convict him,” etc. But Superman won’t let him cause an International Incident that could lead to war.
Until, of course, the Joker starts one anyway by attempting to kill the entire General Assembly.
Oh, there I go again with the spoilers…
Sadly the famously conservative (and loopy creationist) Ben Stein has set aside what was left of his principles to support Trump in 2024 even though he harshly critiqued Trump’s economic policies on this and other issues many times before, during and after the 2016 election.
Stein is the first celebrity I can recall where my opinion went from love to hate because I found out about his politics. There have been many since, but you always remember your first.
The latest being Stallone, though perhaps everyone but me was aware of his disgusting alignment
-sigh-
Sylvester Stallone President Trump Is Just Like Rocky … And George Washington, Too!!!

(skipping the annoying image pairing)
Sylvester Stallone compared Donald Trump to his famous character Rocky Balboa, saying he’s in awe of the president-elect’s victory in the 2024 election and labeling him a mythical figure.
The iconic actor delivered a speech at an event at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate Thursday night – kicking things off by discussing the first scene of his 1976 classic boxing film, “Rocky.” …
What a killjoy, right?
It’s been way too long since I read it, but I seem to remember Supes needing to specifically remind Batman that he needed to stand down. They both knew it, but Bruce had a strong emotional investment, and heavily blamed himself (as well as the Joker) for Jason’s death for about the next decade.
I guess I should point out that this restriction was galling to Bruce Wayne, not to me. Superman was completely correct. And I think back then Batman still maintained a strict personal embargo against killing villains. This may have been the first and last time he was sorely tempted to break that rule.
Now I’m just imagining that famous training montage ending with Rocky saying “fuck it” and ascending a golden escalator to the Philidelphia Museum of Art instead of taking the stairs.
Even Rocky Balboa wouldn’t say something that stupid.
Dementia pugilistica
His eggs are scrambled.
I’ve been aware he was conservative for a while. No idea why I knew that but some bit of interview or something had it in my mind he was a fiscal conservative. But…I didn’t know he was a fucking evil moron. I was curious about his new Tulsa King show but I’ll definitely not be checking it out now.
