I haven’t listened to it either, but maybe instead of doing a gay thing, he was saying something like “Kamala slept her way to the top, doing this and doing that!”, etc. Not at all defensible, but if that was the context, the crowds’ cheers would make more sense.
Yeah, I feel ya… But that’s authoritarian thinking for ya…
I found a longer clip on YT. He’s complaining about how the mic stands have been set too low for him so he has to bend down to get closer it. People started laughing and cheering when he started demonstrating, so I think he carried the “joke” for just a second, because he will instinctively do anything to keep the cheers coming.
40% of votes does not equal 40% of the country. Maybe 22%, or even a bit less this election cycle. Still too many, but I prefer 1/5 to 1/2, thanks.
27%. It’s always 27%.
T**** is deeply unpopular with even the No Nothings…
Knew a political consultant who was fond of citing the “unreachable third”. “One third (of the voters [wink]) are unfixable idiots”, he’d shrug. Until recently i had hopes that he was just a dour ol’ pessimist.
AKA the “unbreachable turd”?
I’d disagree there, it’s full-assed. But also lazy-ass & dumb-ass.
Doesn’t even include the one I’ve got: “I voted correctly”.
Here’s why I’m feeling pretty optimistic about this election. Polls currently show Harris up by 6 points in Minnesota. That’s just outside the margin for error.
Given the demographics and MN’s history of very consistent margins of victory for Dems, I set the error of polls at 10% distorted in favor of T****. If we apply that distortion across the board, Harris wins not just the swing states, but NC, FL, TX, and OH.
Even applying only half that distortion garners Harris NC and puts the race within MoE for TX and FL.
Plus, as Belle of the 5th Column points out, women are voting at much higher rates than men, esp. in swing states.
Everybody needs to vote and drag everyone they can to vote, but I think there is reason for optimism.
Who is the lady in the lower portion of that picture?
Stormy Daniels.
With the assumed tag line: I got him to pay up!
