I also feel like all registered Democrats should have a say as to who should lead the party, rather than the state chairs and the Democratic National Committees.
Maybe this is the bigger problem? Democrats with money make the decisions for all of us. They have more influence with the state chairs and the Congressional Democratic Caucuses, who end up selecting the Chair.
If the Democratic Party really wants to be bold, they should reach out to registered Democrats, and seek their input and more participation rather than more donations.

I guess the question is “expertise in what?” I mean, she has considerable expertise in stupid misinterpretations of actual science, as well as floridly making shit up, but that would seem more appropriate for the MAGA crowd. Maybe she is just confused.

I forget his name offhand, but I’d like the guy from WI to win. He seems to understand it’s important for the democrats to develop their own media ecosystem and he’s done a good job undoing the gerrymandering of Walker. Despite Trump winning WI, democrats did make significant gains in the state government.
