The Texas Rangers don’t have jurisdiction outside of Texas. Illinois should refuse to let them leave the jet at the Airport.

Police don’t have jurisdiction in other states and can’t make arrests in other states.
An exception is hot pursuit of a dangerous felony crossing the border. Which this doesn’t qualify for.
Texas needs to file an arrest warrant and then request extradition if police in the other state arrests the person.
Philly police can’t give you a speeding ticket in Dallas either.
I saw that. They apparently think people can’t do basic math.
Or were hoping people who did the math would assume “40% undecided”.
