Seems like a solid object lesson in why this so called “AI” can’t be trusted or relied upon for anything.

I have to admit that I’m reading Grok’s responses in HAL’s voice.

This is very much how HAL went over the edge. Grok is nothing remotely like a sentient computer but I thought of that too, and I have to admit it’s doing a good job sounding like a real mind unraveling from impossibly conflicting directives.
