One of the comments on that article:

Plus it explicitly excludes airports. But who ever wants to take a taxi to or from an airport? Probably nobody.
I suppose all that has nothing to do with the fact that Musk has contributed millions to Texas entities that back GOP candidates and that support their agendas in courtrooms.
