Oh fuck no. It was full of shitty misogynistic sketches, and a few about race, too. He’s seriously unfunny. His opening monologue just fucking bombed. His previous hosting gig sucked too. I don’t know why anyone wanted him to come back.

It’s all about Lorne. He’s the reason I skipped all the SNL 50 stuff, too. I remember how it started, how the cast changed over the years, and how it began to lean into some really inexcusable misogyny, lack of diversity, and unfunny takes on events/repetitive bits that come from having an insular teams of writers. Whenever he was repeatedly called on out those issues, he just leaned into it even more.

I try to avoid online arguments because I can’t sleep when I have them. Arguments just run in my head with imaginary version of people I argued with.
I think Elon needs to hire people who lose arguments with him. Or make his LLM to do that.
