In the not-so distant past a united Republican House might have passed an unreasonable, super-partisan & Republican-friendly bill in the House and kicked it over to the Democratic-controlled Senate knowing that it had no chance of passing there, and then pretend that they did their job and use the excuse that Democrats were the ones stopping it. But they canāt manage to do that anymore. Not even close! 38 Republicans voted against this bill. Itās going to be even tighter in the next congress when they have a smaller House majority.

I suppose credit where it is due. Musk is shockingly stupid and bad at almost everything, from designing rockets to telling jokes. But he obviously has some kind of talent for manipulating people, given that half the world accepted him as some kind of real world Tony Stark instead.
