Matt Damon was in Interstellar?
Oh dang, I completely forgot about that! In my defense, I did check IMDB and he didn’t appear in the top cast. I made a bad assumption.
He the guy on the solid cloud planet. 
I forgot he was in it, too. IMDb jogged my memory.
All I remember from Interstellar is Mathew McConaughey crying, if I’m being honest…
agreed that’s pretty much the movie in a nutshell.
Also Matt Damon’s character comes in so late in the movie its kind of an afterthought. The main thing from his storyline is that they need to get to the planet he’s stranded in that is uncomfortably close to a black hole, which introduces time dilation shenanigans. The reveal about Matt Damon’s character to be unhinged and misguided/evil ends up not really mattering because the driving force for the plot is the time dilation.
I don’t know why, but I find this deeply funny…
Oh for sure, this is the best patch error I’ve heard of. “Everything still works, except now the setting is Junior.”
