Well there was always the infamous “flesh” colour, which looked like raw pork. And there was only one choice for “flesh”.

It wouldn’t be so bad if it were actually supposed to be raw pork. Somehow “flesh color” ended up meaning the color of skin, which varies a lot, instead of the color of flesh. Meanwhile poor salmon got the opposite treatment.
